The heavy hammer crusher adopts a snail shaped shell and a heavy-duty movable hammer head, with a larger crushing chamber to replace the jaw crusher. The stone is formed in one go without the need for secondary crushing equipment, which can save 40% of the investment cost of the entire production line.

The discharge of the heavy hammer crusher is adjustable and can be adjusted to different sizes of coarse, medium, and fine according to user needs. It is particularly suitable for crushing limestone and stones with compressive strength below 200MPa and medium hardness. Widely used in many industries such as mining, smelting, building materials, highways, railways, water conservancy, and chemical industry.

Operational principle

The heavy hammer crusher is mainly composed of a casing, rotor, heavy hammer head, chassis, etc. When the heavy hammer breaks, the material enters the machine chamber from the feeding port and is rapidly crushed by the high-speed rotating heavy hammer head. The crushed material hits the wear-resistant lining plate again and is crushed. During the falling process, the material undergoes multiple impacts and grinding, and then the qualified material is discharged from the bottom sieve plate. The unqualified material continues to be crushed in the machine chamber until it meets the requirements of the sieve plate outlet.
