At the same time, the material is crushed multiple times, such as being squeezed, rubbed, and ground; When the moving jaw descends, the angle between the elbow plate and the moving jaw decreases. The moving jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of the pull rod and spring. At this time, the crushed material is discharged from the lower mouth of the crushing chamber. With the continuous rotation of the electric motor, the moving jaw of the crusher performs periodic crushing and discharging, achieving batch production.
Reasonable crushing chamber design, good motion parameters, and appropriate meshing angle and stroke characteristic values of the jaw crusher have been determined, providing larger crushing stroke, higher productivity, and greater bearing capacity. Compared with other products of the same specification, HD can increase its jaw crushing output by 30% -50%.
The mechanical structure optimization was carried out on the tooth shape of the jaw plate, using segmented curved jaw plates and manganese steel alloy materials to increase the thickness of the jaw plate of the jaw crusher, greatly improving the crushing force and effectively improving the crushing efficiency.
