Structure
The plastic shredder consists of a shredding structure, a bracket, a recycling box, and a cart. When the plastic shredder is working normally, the filter screen can separate materials and liquids, effectively recycling and reusing the liquid remaining on the bottle.
Operational principle
The material enters the shredding box through the feeding system, and is subjected to fixed particle size shredding by the power of the internal motor of the shredder and the operation of the cutterhead. The box of the shredder carries the shredding blades, and the pushing box of the shredder pushes the material near the blades. The material can be combined through a series of processes such as tearing, squeezing, and shearing by the shredder blades to shred it into small pieces and discharge them from the sieve holes.
