Brief introduction
The tracked jaw crusher equipment mainly consists of a feeder, jaw crusher, and belt conveyor. The machine adopts an integrated composition operation mode and can be directly driven to any position on the work site for operation, eliminating the complex site infrastructure and auxiliary facility installation of split components, and reducing labor consumption.
Operational principle
The materials are uniformly conveyed to the crusher by the feeder, and after preliminary crushing by the E-type crusher, a closed circuit system is formed through a circular vibrating screen to achieve material circulation crushing. The finished materials are output by the conveyor for continuous crushing operation. The jaw breaking mobile crushing station can remove the circular vibrating screen according to actual production needs, achieving preliminary crushing of materials directly. It is convenient and flexible to use in conjunction with other crushing equipment.
